![]() ![]() ![]() It took me longer than it should have to discover that simply holding down the Ctrl (Cmd) key when selecting one of those presets, will prevent it changing to another tool. So you are using the brush tool and like the look of the presets I have highlighted, and you suddenly find yourself with the Smudge tool or Mixer brush. One of the things that has caused a lot of trouble is that CC2018 can now store tool presets inside the brush presets panel. The reason to use the brush is I need to create an 8px horizontally and vertically brush.Sandra, the new brush set up is so confusing regards the different brush sets / folders, that what I have done is remove every single set from CC2018, and start again with the legacy sets. The Brush says 1 pixel but it doesn't look like a square but rather a square with an arch on the bottom right. ![]() I then use the magic wand (I tried the square marquee select as well, doesn't work). ![]() Anti aliasing is turned off in most options. Every time I define a brush preset, it doesn't work as expected. I am stuck in a course where I need to create a 1 pixel brush. This has been driving me mad for the past 2 hours. ![]()
